The U.S. Embassy Copenhagen wishes to establish a contract for Chiller – AHU Maintenance Services.

As of Friday, May 25, 2018, the Embassy is soliciting quotations from interested vendors.

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on June 6, 2018 at 08:00 – 11:00 (local time).

IMPORTANT! 

All the Embassy’s contractors have to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award for all contracts at or above USD 30,000. 

In order for your offer to be considered, you must submit the following information with the offer:

  1. A Copy of your company’s DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet (a DUNS number is free of charge and can be provided by the local Dun & Bradstreet office):
